I need help!!!

I really want to lose 15 pounds, my current weight is 136 and my height is 5'5". I have always been very active (I am a runner), but recently I have been struggling with really bad Allergies and some other problems (which makes me very depresed),so I am tired and hungry all the time. I need help,if anyone has gone through the same thing,please help me!!! I will appreciate it!!! And last question do you think 15 pounds is too much to lose. My husband thinks is way too much!!

    I weigh 135, so I personally think 15 is too much. But everyone is different, and since you don't have your picture up, its hard to say if its too much or not.

    Depends on body type. I weigh 135 and am a comfortable size 5. I'm only 5'l" but I'm very, very dense (my muscles and bones are both dense). I'm reaching for 118 but I'll know closer to that weight if it's right for me. So if you start to lose and you lose what you want to keep then stop trying to lose and maybe start trying to tone.
