Well it s back to the gym for me today... It has been about 2 years since I worked out with any regularity.

So I am going to start with what worked last time I lost weight... sort of.

I am planning on following the New Rules Of Lifting weight loss routine. Previously I had lost around 60lbs following the TNT Workout (by the same guy who created the NROL program) and wanted to try something a little different.

Has anyone else followed the NROL plan... what I remember most is that my legs are not going to be happy about being re-introduced to static lunges. :noway:
