Introducing Myself

Hey guys. New here. I actually heard about MyFitnessPal through my meal plan service (shrinkingonabudgetmealplan.com). I have been steadily losing weight (2 pounds a week) using the meal plan service, but wanted to add a fitness element to my routine. So I emailed my weight loss advisor at the meal plan service and she pointed me here. I'm really, really excited to add this new element to what is already a huge success. Anyone have any tips for someone who is sort of new to the fitness scene? I'm thinking walking?
