So I've never really ate healthy so I would like to change that. I am 5'4 my weight is 125 and my size is a 3. I would like to be 110 because i have a small frame and I think it would help more. So what would be a reasonable diet ???

I always recommend starting with these three links:

Yes, it's a lot of reading (and all of the links within these threads are worth a read, too) but it's a lot of really good information to get you started.0 -
Hi,
If you're looking for a list of what to eat, here is a good link. If you mostly stick to the top 2 tiers, then you'll be good to go.

Also, be sure that you are eating enough calories and exercise with intensity (weight lifting, high intensity intervals, yoga, cardio, etc). Strength training is important.

For some reason, I don't think food is your issue. Before adapting a diet or any other weight management plan, you should check with your doctor to make sure it's appropriate to go down to 110lbs.0
