Carb prioritization rules from Men's Health
1. Foods with added sugar
2. Refined grains
3. Whole grains and starches
4. Fruit (tropical first)
5. Non-green vegetables
6. Green vegetables
While I am a believer in IIYFM (aka flexible dieting), I did find reducing #1-2 did help to control my symptoms of Reactive Hypo and "Crohn's" (awaiting a 2nd opinion for the latter).

I take it that's an inverse priority list, i.e. try to avoid 1 and focus on 6.
Doesn't seem like a bad list in general. It's not proscribing anything, just saying that you should eat vegetables and fruit before you have cake and ice cream. I'm on board with that.0 -
I eat a lot of white rice and sweet potatoes
And also Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
But I do notice if I eat a lot of sweets (like chocolate), I will bloat.0
