Starting my journey... hopefully for reals this time!

I am 21 years old, 6ft tall female!

In high school i was suuuper active playing water polo and swimming, but with really horrible eating habits. I could kind of get away with it though becuase of all the exercize I was doing. Now, 3 years later I finding it hard to get any motivation to exercize and I have the worst sweet/bread/junk food habits!

I just want to FEEL good again, don't really care so much about weight.

I would love any tips/suggestions from people, especially aimed at lazy people like me!
