Lose the fat - get fitter

Mainly used this site for the calorie counter when I was in to bodybuilding. Now want to post on here to get motivated and learn some new things.

Use to be 215lbs but lost all the mass last year through diet problems. Looking to just become fitter and a lot leaner with KBS and a trap bar I have at home. Will be eating 2700-2800 calories a day to start with then looking at dropping the food intake towards summer.

Will use 2 x workouts plus some KB swings here and there. It looks like a lot but it will be done with moderate weight (apart from leg movements) and supersetted..Also could be done on consecutive days if needed. Before everyone talks about sl 5x5 etcs I don't think it's realistic at home + I have already used those types of routines to good effect whilst I was bodybuilding.

Trap bar deadlifts 8 sets
Standing calf raises 8 sets
KB chest press 6 sets
Press ups 4 sets
Dips 6 sets
KB Exts 4 sets
200 sit ups
Planks 3 sets 36

Stiff leg DL 8 sets
Seated calf raises 8 sets
KB press 6 sets
KB Row 6x10-20
side raises 4x6-15
KB curls 4x10-20
Side bends 6 sets
Leg raises 200

Would be interested to hear from anyone that has had good results when leaning out with Kettlebells.
