On the road again!

I really really want to lose these last 25lbs. I have been stuck at this weight for months now! It is completely my doing. I severely lack the motivation. I wake up every morning and do extremely well eating reasonably until like 6pm then it's like a monster is set loose and I eat everything all reason just goes out the window and I just don't care. Then I go to bed every night swearing tomorrow will be different and so the cycle begins again. I am on the road ALWAYS with work. I work like 12 a day in the field. I don't have a smart phone (don't really want one). The several times I have tried to count calories through MFP in the past at the end of the day I felt guilty because I felt that time should be spent with my children. Then trying to recall what was eaten throughout the day was terrible. I have dreaded going back to counting calories. But I sit here feeling defeated I mean come on it's only 25lbs! I have come so far why is it SO hard now!? Help? Tips? Tricks? Friends?

It seems like everything was going so well until lately when my weight just locked in a bit over 190. I'd be COMPLETELY happy in the 170s but NAHH it just doesn't seem to want to happen. hahahaha :noway:0 -

Sounds like to me you just need a "quit acting like a baby and suck it up do the work to get the results slap in the face!" you said it yourself that you DECIDE on eating bad which won't get you the results. Traveling for work is very tough because you do have long exhausting days where when it comes meal time you want the full stuffing meals but this is where your mindest and MFP comes into play. You need to recognize what your body needs which includes calorie goal. When I travel my mind is like :"So what the company is paying for the meal get a full meal no matter the cost!" This mindest will distroy you because its breakfast, lunch, and dinner....Even though you might not be fronting the bill you still need to stay focused on what your body needs and remain within your numbers. If it helps put the numbers in perspective, enter your meals into MFP first.0
