I and YOU have the power!

There are many many things we do not have control over!

Our bodies and how we feel ...... we have control over!

Tell me your stories, your triumphs and your victories of control!

You know what I can control? My hair color! Easy peasy....! My body holy ,...... if i eat reasonably and move and oh wait....... exercise I am in control of my physical form! My mental status just follows along! " yeah, this feels good! oh dang.. I look good in the mirror! I, I changed me! Heck Yeah!

I like what I see in the mirror and I DID THAT!

Yes you are in control! You have the power and you can do what ever you want to!
