Our bodies and how we feel ...... we have control over!

You know what I can control? My hair color! Easy peasy....! My body holy ,...... if i eat reasonably and move and oh wait....... exercise I am in control of my physical form! My mental status just follows along! " yeah, this feels good! oh dang.. I look good in the mirror! I, I changed me! Heck Yeah!

I like what I see in the mirror and I DID THAT!

Yes you are in control! You have the power and you can do what ever you want to!
