I've been taking vitamins regularly for several months now. In the last few weeks I've gotten horrible stomach cramps for 30-45 min after taking them. I thought they were just getting old and bought new ones today. It happened again. I can really spend an extra hour in bed everyday. I don't know if taking them is worth it....

I've always had nausea issues when I take vitamins so I take them right before bed....

I did eat first today. I've never had to before. Maybe I will take them before bed...

I always take vitamins right after breakfast. They make me really ill if I take them on an empty stomach (always have) and I don't sleep as well if I take them right before bed. My self-developed theory is that it is a boost of nutrients and my body is energized after taking them. Being energized during sleep is not a good thing.

some people are unable to tolerate certain vit B complexes. My MD diagnosed me with gastritis after taking them for a few weeks so I had to quit taking them. Some people are just more sensitive than others.
