1 + 1 = 2 the neglected factors

Hi everyone
I studied 2 years in Sports Science / nutrition and working on a personal trainer's license as well as doing my university degree (final year)
1 + 1 = 2 is often neglected
what is that? 1 is nutrition the other 1 is exercise the = 2 is your end goal
what I am saying is without nutrition but having exercise you cannot reach your end goal
if you have exercise but you still eat fast food uncontrollably you will not reach your end goal
that is why it comes down to having both.
on the nutrition side:
breakfast: Eggs and 2 pieces of whole meal bread (if I'm feeling rich get german rye bread) note: never ever get white bread
OR bowl of Iron Man Nutri-Grain Cereal (high protein, high fibre) with skim milk OR Oats
lunch: generally lots of meat
anything from lean chicken breast cooked with olive oil, coconut oil, handful of cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
cooked with a george foreman grill or toaster oven. with a plate of steamed vegetables
Dinner:
Fish
Chicken
Steak
get all the fat out with george foreman grill
drink lots of water..... I can go through 4-6 litres of water a day
Supplements: optional but it helps
preworkout:
glutamine
magic red drink
The curse
EVP
Beast Mode
during workout:
water
post-workout:
Dymatize Casein Protein
Mutant Mass Triple Chocolate Whey Protein
workouts:
make sure you do workouts that suit your end goals
e.g beach body?
natural body building?
female physique?
female fitness model?
do not do mediocre efforts.... as they will not yield results
and finally, do your research in what is best for you
good luck.

I think you need to study a bit more. Eating any food uncontrollably will prevent you from reaching your goal, if your goal is weight loss. Fast food is not worse than any other kind of food.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with white bread.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with dietary fat. You do not need to George Foreman everything meat you prepare.
Supplements are not necessary and do not necessarily help, nor are the brands you recommended appropriate for everyone.
Pretty much the only part you got right was telling people to research what works best for them.0 -

You know why white bread is bad? it's full of sugars, preservatives and all that good stuff to give you diabetes and cancer
dietary fat? I didn't say anything about fats being bad, I use coconut oil, olive oil, their good.....
george foreman grill is just something I choose to use, you can do whatever you want to do....
supplements? as I said in my post "OPTIONAL" but for me I find it helps.
fast foods? as long as your eating at a caloric deficit you can eat whatever you want, Michael phelps generates 12,000 calories burnt a day of metabolism.
if you have an output level like him, then eat 12 thousand calories if you want0 -

White bread does not give you diabetes and cancer.
Your first post specifically singled out fast food as being bad - we do appreciate you coming in to correct the misinformation you were spreading.
You do not need to siphon the fat off of every meat you eat with the George Foreman grill. You may choose to use it, but to recommend that people "get all the fat out" is wrong. There is nothing wrong with the fat in meat. Low fat diets were a 90's fad.
Please stop spamming our community with broscience and articles you found on someone's blog.0 -
I like how your just twisting what I've said is trying to help people, my knowledge is subjective, if you don't like it, no one is forcing you to eat what I chose to eat
you obviously never looked into what they put in white bread and you want to start a argument with me? I don't care you can say whatever you want.
how is real science from a tertiary education building bro science?
what part of "do your own research in what works best for you" didn't you understand? you have a obsessive compulsive disorder of "wanting to create argument with people across the internet to show how tough you are"
stop being a troll when someone wants to share what they know
I just think if it works for me it could work for other people, you don't like it, then don't do it!0 -
IIFYM, is all you need on the nutrition side, assuming you hit your micros too. No need to follow a diet like you suggested as you can get all the nutrition from eating a variety of foods you actually enjoy0
-
I know what goes into my white bread I make it myself along with other types of bread. I don't add sugar or anything that causes cancer!0
-
So now white bread is the devil........SMH!
You stated never, ever eat white bread. How was that twisted? (Rhetorical, please do not answer) Seriously..........stahp!!!You know why white bread is bad? it's full of sugars, preservatives and all that good stuff to give you diabetes and cancer
dietary fat?
No one twisted anything!0 -

yes I completely agree with you!0

yeah he did, he made me saying "because I chose to never ever eat white bread" as offensive, that is retarded
it's a choice I made, and no one else has to make that choice
he even made me using a george foreman grill sound offensive !? again that is my choice, I never say you have to do it!
lastly, he made me saying "I use supplements which is OPTIONAL" sound offensive
that is again, my choice.... most guys at the gym will have some sort of supplement, commonly seen yes? I didn't say everyone need it.0 -

What's offensive is what you said about white bread causing diabetes and cancer:You know why white bread is bad? it's full of sugars, preservatives and all that good stuff to give you diabetes and cancer
If white bread caused cancer, I'd be worse than Deadpool by now.

First of all, I am a woman. Not a man. It's right there in my profile.
Second, I didn't make anything you said "sound offensive," I disagreed with the misinformation you were spreading on the board. You made a post trying to declare yourself as some kind of authority on nutrition because you took a few classes and are trying to get a certification, then proceeded to make recommendations to the community at large of what people should do. You didn't come on here saying "this is what I do."
Finally, I didn't twist anything, your words are right there on the screen. Much of what you are saying is out of date and some of it is just plain wrong. If you did learn any of this in your university-level classes, you should have no problem providing peer-reviewed scientific journals to back it up. I think people would be particularly interested to see a scholarly article supporting your claims about how white bread is giving us diabetes and cancer. I should probably warn you, there are a lot of people here who are going to challenge you on that, and they come armed with facts and studies to back up their position. You're not going to like the outcome.0 -
I find the term "White Bread" offensive.
