I think Zombies, Run has an android app. LOVE it.0

RunKeeper0

I use Runkeeper - I really like it, and it syncs with MFP too.0

endomondo is pretty good0
-
On my S5 ... Digifit, CharityMiles, Runzi (measures step cadence) simultaneously. My GPS watch automatically links to MapMyRun and Runkeeper.
It's amazing to me to see how each program uses the exact same data file and comes up with a different distance.0 -
RunKeeper.0
-
Cardio Trainer - came on my phone and does everything I need. Free app.0
-
I use Runtastic0
-
Another runkeeper fan here0
-
Runtastic and I swear by it.0

I like Nike+ because unfortunately my main method of running has to be the treadmill right now, and it tracks treadmill runs as well as outdoor runs. I have had a few issues with it, but deleting and re-installing it once has seemed to fix those. Haven't had any issues since.0

I looooove Runkeeper.0

Zen Labs C25k App - Tells you when to start running and stop. I did the 10k app too and it was amazing!
Runkeeper - My favorite app of them all! I even bought the year long subscription to this! I don't know what I would do without Runkeeper. It tracks my runs, gives me my pace and distance...also it compares similar runs to each other.0 -
Wow everyone! Thank you for the quick replies! I will look at all of these tonight. What activity trackers do you use? I have been looking at the Fit bit Zip.0

iPhone user here, but I use:
Zombies, Run!
Digifit (syncs w/ Bluetooth HRM strap)
Battlesuit Runner Fitness0 -
I've been using Runtastic but i took part in a 10k race yesterday but the app said i only did 5.72 miles. :huh:0

I've used Runkeeper forever, but here lately I've just not been happy with it. The mileage is way off. There's another update I do to do on it, but I've updated several times and it just keeps getting worse.0

I use Runkeeper and Endomondo in parallel on my Galaxy S4.
I've tried Runtastic and MapMyFitness in the past but wouldn't recommend either of them.0 -
I use both RunKeeper and Zombies, Run!0
-
Me too!! I love this app!! It really keeps me out on the pavement!!0

I LOVE Zombies, Run! So much fun and keeps me motivated to get out and actually run. I've also used C25K and it was really nice until I found Zombies, Run! I also use RunKeeper and Map My Run (usually when I'm hiking, though, instead or when I'm not feeling like running from zombies! LOL)0

I had the same problem. I got a Garmin Forerunner GPS watch and Runkeeper was blatantly off. There's a park with a paved loop around it where I run and Runkeeper said it was 1.3 miles around the loop. The GPS watch said .85 miles. I looked up the park online to see if there was any info...and it's definitely .85 miles. Thanks for nothing Runkeeper!0 -

Usually that problem lies with the phone, not the app.0 -

I'd caution all Endomondo users to do a simple test. Turn your app on for any activity, then set the phone down. Though I used Endomondo for a couple years I found the rate it adds calories to account for BMR is just way too high.
I'm not a runner, but I switched to Strava and get much closer to net calorie burn now. I'm hoping it works as well for other activities.0 -
I use Runkeeper, Endomundo and Wahoo Fitness. Endomundo feeds into my Fitbit account which is then fed into MFP.0
-
I use Strava and I love it.0

I'm mostly interested in which app has the most accurate GPS, and which app will tell you your pace for each mile on the free version while you're using it. I use Fitbit for the calorie burn. Any suggestions with those things in mind?0

The GPS is determined by your phone. The apps will only report what it gets back.
I use Endomondo on my Android phone (LG G4) and I 'believe' there is only a free version now (I did pay for it years ago). You can configure it to give you pace info at any interval you like (time or distance). The info can be voice, display on the phone, or as I use it, displayed on my watch.
There are others that do this as well (Runkeeper, Runstastic, etc). I chose Endomondo because at the time it worked best with my watch.0
