Hi!
I'm currently doing T25,i've lost 5kg so far and im pretty close to my goal, around 3 more kg,and i wanna build some muscles on my glutes on order of it to grow, but i dont know how because i have read here that for weight lifting i need to eat more calories, the thing is i wanna lose this last "layer"of fat .I'm "thin/fit" but i have this last few pounds to shred in order to my abs start peeking out,and ofc the glutes...i really want to grow a bit.
I thought that maybe weight lifting maybe help with this since i dont have much more to lose.

What can i do?
i need help,i never done streght exercises and i dont know what i need to do exactly, food, workout rotines etc etc...

Squats squats squats! Beyond that, I will let someone with more lifting experience answer your other questions. Squats alone in addition to a mainly cardio exercise routine have perked my butt up.

I don't know what T25 is....but if you want to continue to cut your weight you can lift weights to maintain your muscle while eating at a deficit.

THEN, if you want to grow you can start on a bulking plan (surplus of cals, find a hypertrophy lifting program). Many people bulk in the fall/winter months.

T25 is a program like insanity, mostly cardio and some bodyweight workouts.
