how many calories do you burn per day?

Just wondering how many calories everyone tries to burn per day. On my heavy days, I aim for 500 and about 300-400 on lighter days.

Lol I burn 1,677 a day... and thats just SLEEPING!! bahahaha :drinker:
I tend to do two to three workouts which are 650ish each... and a couple more of only 200-4000 -

On the 5 days a week I exercise, I burn anywhere from 350 - 450 calories, according to my HRM. Since I added the C25K to my workout, it's always over 400.0

I aim for between 400-600 per workout. I work out a min of 5 days per week and on the days I don't hit the gym I do stuff around the house and the yard to burn the extra calories because I like food.0

5 days a week I try to burn 400-500 calories and the other 2 days, I aim for 200-250.0

psh i have no idea how many calories i burn. i just try to do at least an hour of exercise a day. part of that hour includes some more heavy cardio-something equivilant to running a mile. and then the rest is stretching, a little strength, and low intensity.0
