I have a hard time accepting that I am considered obese according to this websites BMI calculator.

    I hear you. But, don't let it get to you. Exercise, healthy choices, plenty of water and it will be saying......you are hot!!

    Turn that frown :grumble: upside down :happy: and get motivated to bring your BMI crashing down!!

    You can do it!! Ask for help, read all the posts for NEWBIES and then read all the other posts!
