    I made this the other day it was great. I used light alfredo sauce, omitted the olive oil and added some artichoke. It was amazing! Thank you for posting this.

    wow, that looks so good... i would have to make it just for me - hubby wouldn't like the spinach, son wouldn't like the mushrooms...ugh

    I made this last night. I used half as much olive oil and used whole wheat pasta - YUM!!
