Should I be concerned with high protein intake?

I'm not particularly worried about this, but I'm no nutrition guru, so I just want to make sure I shouldn't be more concerned than I am about this.
I lift heavy, so my goal is to get in 1g/protein per lb of body weight, so that's 135 g. Lately, I'm taking in more like 140-160 g. Now, that's not a huge difference, but I don't need to limit that, right? Is there any health-related risk here?
On lifting days (MWF), I have a Quest bar before and a post-workout protein shake (1 scoop of powder) after liftingc. On cardio days (TTh), I have a post-workout protein shake (1 scoop) after and no Quest bar because I do cardio after dinner, but I do add another scoop of protein powder to my oatmeal at breakfast. I do this because I enjoy the taste and it keeps me full since I don't have a protein shake in the morning on those days.
I could just add some raisins to my oatmeal instead of protein powder to keep my calories the same but decrease my protein intake, but I don't want to do this unless there's a good reason to. I don't want to cut out any of my protein shakes or Quest bars because I enjoy them.
I'm okay, right? Nothing to worry about?

Unless you have kidney problems or a medical condition that affects how your body processes protein, you've got nothing to worry about. You have a solid workout plan that includes 3 days of lifting, the protein will help with your muscle gains and 140-160 is perfectly fine.0
