HAPPY MONDAY!

Hi! I've been on mfp since Feb. I have lost 25lbs but have not really used this site to interact and wanted to change that!! I'm really trying to keep up the hard work and lose 25 more lbs before the end of July but know that, I can not do it alone. I'm currently signed up to do the Neon Vibe 5k in Indy next month. Any tips on how to kick up the intensity would be greatly appreciated! :smile: :smile:
