Post Work-Out Clean

The only way I can fit my work-out into my busy schedule is to go during my lunch at work. I only have an hour which means I do not have time to do a full shower routine...it's a bummer, but worth it to get in my gym time.

Just wondering what you stash in your gym bag to use post work-out if you have no time to shower? Thanks!

Some dry shampoo or baby powder to freshen up along the hairline.

Baby wipes as said above, especially in the arm pits.

You can also use after shower powder (Shower to Shower makes a sport type) to make you smell fresh & soak up excess sweat.

I love Olay 4 in 1 Daily Facial wipes. They're dry so they transport easily, just add a little water, lather them up and cleanse your face. Don't forget to moisturize!

    Hope this helps!

And this is why I refuse to work out during my lunch break. I'd feel so gross, and no product would help.

For some people that's the only time available for them to do it.

OP: I'd say the baby wipes and/or bring a towel to do a quick wash-up in the sink. Also maybe bring some body spray and of course deodorant.

I'd wake up early or go to sleep late before I worked out at lunch. That's my preference, though - I'm not telling the OP not to do it.
