I have set a goal to loose 2.2llbs {pounds} per week. so far have been loosing 1.6llbs....on the mission this weeks.

that's a lot to lose in a week...1.6 is pretty darn close!! good job, and good luck, and be careful you fuel your body so you can keep up with those girls!!0

1.6 in a week is great, there have been times i would have loved to have that much success since beginning my journey in March. Set a goal that you believe is reachable but don't be deterred if you fall short.0

I average about .9 pounds a week and that is honestly the best I can do with a reasonable calorie deficit.0

2.2 llbs sounds a bit much..
Healthy pace is about 1 lbs a week and 2 is tolerable if you have lot to lose.

I would kill to lose that much a week - so don't beat yourself up over not meeting the 2.2lbs it reckons you can lose!!0
