diet

I guess I must be in the wrong place
I am on a 80/10/10 plan ,and wanted the app to track my nutrition
I am a plant based eater..fruits, veggs ,of annny kind about 3000 cals a day
I stopped the diet train after Breastcancer ,and was tired of starving my self
now I eat in abundance an I am feeling great, I am 5'6 and 123
whole fresh foods, and some cooked food in the evening, like potato's or rice
and vegies and a huge salad...such a freedom not to be preoccupied with counting and guessing
I just ate 5 cups of pineapple as a snack as I am typing this
this is not a vegan speech , I don't call my self a vegan, I am plant strong
and plant based helped me beat cancer
