90 days to a newer me.

So I am in the process of a 90 day program. Nothing special! just something that I made myself. It takes 28 days to form a habit, and to break old habits. So the first 30 days are key to my success. I have a blog started with measurements, and a daily journal of my workouts, and i keep track of what i eat through here. I would love some motivation and support, and anyone who is on their own journey to let me know how it is going for them, and I would love to hear activities, or recipes that you use for your own weight loss.
