This helps knock my sweet tooth...

A banana cut into fourths with PB on top. I am not sure why, but when I eat it, I never get cravings for chocolate or any sweet foods. I am also satisfied after as if I ate a piece of candy. LOL

I do this, too - except I drizzle a tiny bit of hershey's syrup on it and freeze it. VERY YUMMY!!

PB is fine for a diet, I use it for snacks all the time. Helps keep my cravings in check as well

PB is very healthy. High in calorie so I can't eat too much of it, but I'll use a tbsp every day on celery or bananas. :)

    That chocolate drizzle sounds fantastic!
