Hello everyone!
I personally signed up for myfitnesspal last year and I found that it really worked well for me. Unfortunately, I then went off to college across the country and with all the changes that I faced, I also let myself go and stopped logging my activity and eating on here. This, not surprisingly, lead me to gaining some weight. I now am starting over again. I am currently 173 pounds and would love to be able to be down to 140 by time I go back to college in September, but even more than that I would love to be able to get a routine and eating habits down before going back!

I would love to get and receive help and support from anyone!! Feel free to add me!!

  • Hello! I was directed to this site by my oldest sister. About six years ago we started doing 5ks and eventually worked up to a half marathons. Unfortunately I ended up with herniated discs in my lower back requiring surgery in April 2012 and again April 2013. My 31st birthday is at themselves of August and I'd like to be at 200 lbs. Which is 43 lbs less than I am now. Summer is a great time to get out and active as well as eat good and healthy foods. We can do this!
