setting goals help

Hi
I have been here 3 weeks now and doing well so far.Can anyone tell me how to set my goal weight and interim goals please as i just cannot find it! Thanks sue

    Hi! Go to home page...pick goal... and your off and running....:wink:

    If you want to add your short term goals to your signature on the message boards, you can click Signature on the top when you go to Community. Also, you can add them to your Profile by going to Home, Profile, Edit Profile. Hope this helps!

    at the top of the page, near the MFP logo click on the My Home tab

    then click the Goal link right below that top set of tabs

    there will be a green "Change Goals" button in the middle, bottom of your page click it.

    make sure the "Guided" radio button is selected (blue) and click "continue"

    enter all the statistics that MFP asks for and click Update Profile at the bottom.
