    An hourglass is basically a pear with boobs.

    Nope, I'm an hourglass without em (almost)

    I have a friend who is like that, extreme hourglass and an A or B cup...still definitely an hourglass.

    Measurements wise, the top of your ribcage is the "chest" measurement and some people have enormous boobs and a very narrow ribcage.
