Is hard to keep a routine going, with kids, house, work, you name it. Is important to move, even if it is in front of the tv. What helps me a lot is getting dressed in exercise clothes and just doing it. Early in the morning works for me as well. Even a 7 minute work out, jump rope, walking helps a lot.0
