What Do You Do The Day Before A Morning Weigh In??

Currently, I drink about 70 oz of water from Monday-Wednesday, and about 50 oz on Thursday. My weigh-in is Friday mornings. I have found that by doing this, I can see a good weight loss, with my portioned meal prep of course. What is your routine to get the best results on your weigh-in day?

nothing? I eat and do exactly as i do every day haha If you change something before your weigh in isn't that like kind of cheating?

I'm in for the long game, anything I do to try and trick the scale the night before weigh in will be gone when I go back to normal. I used to do things like light meal, no drinking before weight in etc when I went to Weight Watchers and it just messed with my head.

I don't consider it as tricking the scale. When I drink too much water, my body holds onto it for a few days. I see consistent progress when I drink 8 glasses a day, and I am never thirsty! On top of it, my true weight shows. My body naturally eliminates the fluid one day before weigh in. I drink 50oz and I have to constantly urinate throughout the day. I love the feeling

As long as we are talking of weight loss, if you keep the consistency, it'll be "accurate". Meaning, if you weight at morning, try and do it always morning. If you drink water, try to do always the same.

I chose not to change my routine because it's easier to keep consistency through the weigh ins (I just have to do what I do every day).

Ahh cmon, we are adults here. The point I'm making is my body knows how to get rid of water weight before the weigh in date. Nothing more, nothing less.
