i didnt feel like i was goin anywhere... but then my co worker said yesterday that i am seriously shrinkin...and i decided to try on my jeans ( i allways go by jeans, the scale...is just not my friend ) and look at that



they zip! ok not perfect my stomach is stubborn, but we are fiiinaaallyyy gettin somewhere.

and the difference the scale shows? 3 effing kilos.

for them to fit perfectly is my next goal...and for those to get to zip...once ill be able to zip those, im a freakin boss

I always go by clothes, too. Makes much more sense to me as the weight might increase due to more muscles even if you actually get thinner or in better shape.
