Low Sodium Recipes

I need to find low sodium recipes to make for my husband. He has high blood pressure, so I have been cooking chicken breast for him but even I get tired of looking at him eating that everyday. He also eats low sodium tuna and some other foods but I need recipes recipes recipes!! Help!

My husband buys it at walmart. Its the StarKist very low sodium

I need to look for low sodium too. High sodium foods will make the weight cling on too. Hope you find something good.

You know what I've started doing? I add lime juice instead of salt to my meat recipes and it is good! I made these yummy healthy soft tacos with ground turkey (seasoned with lime, chili powder, cayenne pepper, onions, black pepper). I also made low sodium chicken noodle soup the other day and posted the recipe - I'll try to find it and give you the link.

IN the same boat...looking for low sodium ideas. I had one last night! I cooked popcorn with my airpopper. (0 sodium) And then I salted the corn with real lime (powdered)...and I also used real lemon (powdered). Gave it a pretty good zip without the weird taste of salt substitute and was 0 sodium.
