That about sums it up! 
After 3 years of hell, I have lost all control of my weight and am feeling ready to conquer that mountain again. I have over 50 pounds to lose. I'm not in a hurry as I think slow and steady wins the race and is easier to adjust to. Would love to meet some folks out there that are in a similar position and are interested in teaming up to support each other!
