Hot Curry Powder
Hey everyone.
I just bought hot curry powder. What's everyone's favourite way to use curry powder?
My ideas:
- marinade chicken with curry powder, yogurt, lemon juice and stir fry it/grill it
- add to chicken salad
- to make singapore noodles (curry flavour rice noodle stir-fry)
Anyone have any good suggestions? Does anyone use curry powder with fish? What kind of fish is good with curry powder?
