So my daily goal is 64g sugar but most of this is taken up by fruit and I don't understand what I am supposed to do because by the time my sugar runs out I still have like 1000 cals left over :/ anybody else also get this problem?

    Unless you have issues with your blood sugar, there's little need to worry about the sugar macro. Importance ranking is calories, protein, fats then sugars. But if you are eating all that fruit and not losing weight, then you may want to try reducing your overall sugar intake, whether it's natural or not.

    I don't pay attention to sugar. I just watch protein, carbs, and fat (calories of course). I don't eat sugary foods. I get most of mine from fruits as well. I'm over quite a bit, but it doesn't hinder me.
