I know I'm not as big as I was by a long shot, but I look like a shapeless blob still.
Help me see what I really do look like? I could use motivation!

    It's all in the head! I've lost 100 lbs and every once in a while I look in the mirror and think that I haven't lost anything! Crazy, eh? It takes time for our brains to catch up with reality sometimes. What I dod when I feel that way is to remind myself how far I've come, how much weight I've lost, how many sizes I've dropped and that it IS all in my head. This is definitely not uncommon but don't let it get to you. You've worked TOO HARD to speak this way about yourself. Keep telling yourself how amazing you are because you ARE. You've lost 70 freakin' POUNDS!

    Don't look behind you, just look ahead and always remind yourself of how far you've come!

    Our brains are stupid. They see what they are used to seeing. I swear it takes forever to recognize any weight loss in yourself.
