How do you change meal descriptions in diary?

I noticed one person's diary had times listed instead of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. She had something like 9 AM to noon,, noon to 3PM and so on. How do you do that? I need mine to say something other than breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack.

at the bottom you can change meal names
