Anyone else struggling with bingeing/weight gain?

Please add me! Definitely looking for some (and to) support. I've been going back and forth between the same 30 pounds for a while and finally made it a week without bingeing!

My typical binges are around 5,000-10,000 calories and I end up bingeing the next day as well. I've been underweight before and used to purge, but don't anymore. Also been overweight, and I'm pretty close to my highest weight so glad I'm finally beginning to figure this out. I am seeing a professional, but nothing is really helping more than my own efforts, though I do appreciate her help.

This is why I think I made it so far:

-I don't make extra food anymore, because otherwise I just end up eating the leftovers because I don't want it to go to waste...which backfires because I end up bingeing because I messed up my cals,

-I'm not cutting out food groups. I'm eating high protein, but around 40-50g fat and around 130g carbs.

-I eat most of my food in the morning and don't even feel too hungry around the evening.

-I don't drink more than 1 soda a day.

-I try to log in the next days food I know I'll want to eat and fill in the rest of the cals with veggies.

-I'm not depriving myself anymore...eating around 1600 cals. Basically, I don't feel like I'm starving.

-Not doing massive amounts of cardio...cut down from 45 min to 20 min

-I go to the gym everyday, on my rest days I just go to the sauna and/or stretch. Otherwise if I'm home, I'll binge 95% of the time on rest days.

-Meditate

-Deep music (seriously)

-I could probably cut down on the peanut butter, chocolate, treats but I just fit them in and make sure I have enough fiber, protein, and veggies. This way I don't want to eat massive amounts of it.

-I make sure I have carbs before I workout, or else I feel stupid lifting like a wimp at the gym and then end up bingeing afterwards.

-I add cocoa powder to oats/yogurt when I crave brownies or cake.
