I love to grill - if you're looking for a meat recipe: pork & chicken - I lightly brush on extra virgin olive oil and then add a dash of salt and pepper. Let it sit for 30 minutes min and the meat will be so tender after grilling. Basically, I use olive oil on almost everything and it always turns out good (or so say my guests).

I love grilling pineapple and eating it with whatever meat I'm using. Adds natural sweetness instead of BBQ sauce or other artificial sauces. It's so freaaaaking good.

I like to grill kabobs with shrimp, onions, zucchini, squash, cherry tomatoes-brush lightly with olive oil infused with fresh garlic. It is not really a recipe...lol Also grilled asparagus is heavenly!

My husband and I love grilling things for dinner most of the weekdays. The first thing to get is this amazing meat tenderizer which is like 48 tiny blades that break up the tendons: http://www.amazon.com/Jaccard-200348-Supertendermatic-48-Blade-Tenderizer/. I wish I'd discovered it years ago! It can make cheaper cuts of meat such as flap steak (carne asada) or skirt steak a lot more tender.

We grill mainly steaks, chickens, and seafood (shrimp, scallops, fish). For steaks, we prefer using Montreal seasoning which you can find anywhere. For chicken and fish, maybe a Cajun spice blend. For seafood, a simple brush with butter and salt is enough.

I think steak tastes best topped with homemade chimichurri (Italian parsley, red wine, EVOO, salt/pepper, shallots or red onions). For fish or chicken, I prefer making a mango and jalapeno salsa.
