Jogging on Wii Fit - how to log?

I use the Wii Fit and for example I have just done 20 mins jogging at the fastest pace I could manage and it was hard work (no, I am definitely not a runner!!). Wii Fit tells me I have covered 5,030m. How do I log this? If I use the "jog in place" it doesn't seem like enough calories but if I use the running/mph options they are understandably higher as I realise it would take far more effort to cover this distance outside. Any ideas? Thanks!

Maybe use a quick add feature to log calories burnt? Wii fit typically tells you the estimate of the calories you burnt you could use that?0

The cals Wii Fit tells me I've burned don't vary no matter what speed I'm going at. As my speed has improved, it just gives me the same number of cals. :ohwell:
The "Jog in Place" option is slightly more than Wii Fit but still doesn't seem like enough, or perhaps it's just wishful thinking on my part? :laugh:0 -
Wii Fit cant tell you exactly how much cal you really burn. Buy a heart-rate monitor!0
