How many calories should I be aiming for?

    Play around with it, start with 1200 and try it out for a couple of weeks if you find you're still hungry all the time and low on energy, raise it up until you find a good place. I eat like 1600 a day, and work out 5 times a week losing 400 calories a workout lately and it's working well for me
