I just got myself an Everlast, weighted skipping rope and tried it out today (I haven't skipped for probably 28 years??!!) . What exercise would skipping be classified under in the database? Aerobic?

    I think it's in there-under" jump rope" or jumping rope, though

    Yes, it's listed under jumping rope. Way to go! I tried jumping rope with my daughters a few weeks ago and I was able to do about 20 jumps before I decided I was way too old and out of shape to be doing that sort of thing outside in public!
