6 week challenge: REALISTICALLY how much can I lose?

Guys, I need a major push because this challenge has $10,000 at stake, lol.
I currently eat 1440 and I alternate between 1440 and 1660 a month. I eat 1440 for 2 weeks and 1660 for 2 weeks. I've been lifting for around a year and a half now and I have drastically reduced my overall weight but I'm not sure about fat because the way I see it personally, I look the same shape, just smaller.
I have a food scale and count everything. My macros follow 50/30/20 and look something like this:
Protein: 125
Fat: 92
Carbs: 82

I try to consume "bread" or grain like food once a day and strive to get my other carbs from veggies and fruits. I also drink at least a gallon of water a day.
I'm sitting at 204, 30ish% body fat (Electro-body fat says I'm 35%, skin fold says 29.3) and I'm 5'4 (on a good day, lol). I'm doing Starting Strength and I'm doing that 3x a week and LISS cardio after lifting. I'll be doing rugby practice twice a week for 2 hours. I want to get down around 20-ish% give or take by the end of the summer and my ultimate goal is to be 15% in the next year or so. I don't expect to win the contest (but that would be pretty sweet), but is there a possibility that I could make a significant change in 6 weeks?

Sorry I ask so many question. I guess I want to be the most efficient and effective ways possible to get things done.

Thanks,
Kassie N.

I assumed 12 lbs (of pure fat), dropping me to around 23 or 24% body fat in 6 weeks..

I'm not completely understanding the above post partially because there are a lot of little details. For me, exercise and eating are the keys, yes. If you are asking if I think you can drop 12 lbs of fat in 6 weeks, I'd say yes since you are sitting at 200 lbs right now. That being said, I do not lift or anything, I just do a lot of cardio. It's what I like. Maybe a dietician or trainer could help you set up a plan? You don't have to use them continually, just get their input on what you want to do and have a good back and forth conversation with them.

Take care and good luck in your contest!
