Inputting exercise info

I am new here and was wondering if there is any way to manually put in your exercise information on this app. My exercise routine and calories burned changes every day so its hard for me to pick just one type and a set calorie burn number. For example on 5/12/14 I did Turbo Fire and burned 950 calories and on 5/10/14 I did a different Turbo Fire routine and burn 1119 calories. Any advice or information is helpful. Thanks

    On the website:
    -Exercise (TAB next to FOOD and REPORTS)
    - My Exercises
    -Create Exercise (Green TAB to the Right)
    -Create the name of the exercise, time spent exercising and calories burned.
