When you go running and it's very hot (89F) and humid (55%), do you burn more calories? Please say yes.

    You would burn more calories running with minimal clothing in freezing weather. But not a significant enough amount to risk subjecting yourself to the dangers of hypothermia or frostbite.

    Nope, but you'll probably dehydrate quicker so the scales might reflect a temporary drop due to that. However as soon as you rehydrate it'll go back on.

    Oh well, one can dream! I was feeling pretty woozy there for a minute. Drank water, eating a banana...feeling better now.
