Hello Everyone! I am new to Fitness Pal I'm ready to start a very healthy journey. I'm on a Gluten Free diet not by choice, but I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 2 yrs ago and as of 2 wks ago I had to add NO dairy to it per doctor orders. So I decided to make the best out of a bad situation and clean out my mind and body together. I started also walking 2 weeks ago everyday about 2-3miles for 5 days a week. As of today I have lost 3 pounds and my stomach and all the bloating as gone down. I can tell a difference already, but I have noticed I'm hungry about every 3 hours now. I hope I can keep doing this for the long haul... because I turn 51 this month with several health conditions that I hope will improve. Looking forward to meeting new people and getting healthy!!!! :happy:
