Sea Salt vs "Table" Mined Salt

I am discovering so much about Healthy Living and I have such a "Hunger" for anything on the subject. I try to find ways to Live Healthy by taking baby steps, not trying to over-do or over-whelm Myself, but giving Myself time to accept and adjust to new things that I want to incorporate in My Lifestyle. Today, for some reason something came in My Spirit that said...CHANGE Salt. Mind you, I have already substantially reduced My sodium intake to 1700 mg per day. So as per my normal process, I began some research online and I really liked what I read. Suffice it to say, I will be throwing out my old stand by (Morton Iodized Table Salt) and will be switching over to Sea Salt (Morton makes a small grinder with sea salt...imported from France. Which is a good thing.) Eventually, I will get into "naturally organic salts" but this is a good place to start. It may cost a bit more but it will be worth it (you will see after reading a few articles.) I have already reaped MAJOR benefits from just reducing My sodium intake from over process foods and table salt. Here are a few articles:
