The morning after (exercise) advice

I kept my first day of exercise fairly low key yesterday. This morning, my arms and abs are a bit still, and I have to take my daughter in to University today with me to lectures. She's two.

Do you have any ideas to help take the ache out of my muscles so I can try and tame my toddler at Uni?

    Advil...it's a miracle...eat some protein while you're at it...even if it's a smoothie

    Try stretching and massaging or rubbing your sore muscles. And if you can soaking in a hot bath may help ease the soreness too.
