Breakfast drinks - fixed income

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me. lol. I'm not a breakfast eater but find I snack all day. I have type 2 diabetes & want to lose about 100lbs. What I'm looking for is good healthy alternatives to the 'breakfast', or 'meal replacement' drinks that you buy in the stores. I like to have some idea what I'm putting in my system, especially sugar wise. Wondering if anyone has great smoothie / shake recipes that they're willing to share that are relatively cheap to make. I'm disabled & don't make a lot of money. I shop once a month & it has to last me 4 to 5 weeks. I usually have milk, frozen fruits, & splenda sweeteners. Any help would be so appreciated.
