I need support!

Hi all! I have decided that I HAVE to make a change! I am so tired of dieting and working out but not losing any weight. I feel like I "cheat" far too often. I have a three year old son and a one and a half year old daughter. I gained a considerable amount of weight with each pregnancy and I have been feeling so down over the past 8 or 9 months. I feel like every single second of every single day I don't feel like the happy self that I used to be. I am hoping joining this site will help with both motivation and will require me to hold myself accountable.

My current weight 158 (it is hard to even type that out)
Goal: 135

Thank you so much for any support and advice you can give.

    Don't beat yourself up. The good thing is you don't have too much to lose. 158 isn't heavy.

    It's great that you are ready to make a change that will benefit both you and your family. Please feel free to add me as a friend me. During my adult life I've weighed in at everywhere from 125 to 160 pounds (I'm about in the middle of that range right now) so I know where you are coming from.

    Dieting isn't easy. I've struggled all my life. I was pushing 280lbs! I knew I needed to start dropping. It's hard for me to do regular exercises because I have a herniated disk. Lower lumbar area. So I downloaded this app, calculated to lose 2 lbs a week, started eating healthier. Sometimes I cheat once or twice a week. And started taking garcinia cambogia and raspberry keytone. It's been working so far. But ya gotta put effort..If not, it doesn't work properly. Plus I just joined the gym so gotta see how that goes...good luck to you! You can do this!

    one day at a time if definately the way to take it, perserverance will really help.

    I have sent a friend request, if anyone would like to support me on my journer too i would really appreciate it

    currently 13 st 4 lbs and wanting to get down to 12 st so have a really long road ahead of me :(
