So I did day 1 of stronglifts yesterday. I must say that I loved it. I am the right kinda sore in the right places today and I am so looking forward to going back tomorrow. I am just hoping that I keep this motivation...

I did day 1 today! Got a weight set for my birthday yesterday but I don't have a squat rack so I had to use weights light enough to lift over my head for that. I am still unsure if I want to try to eat at maintenance or at a deficit. I need to lose fat but I need to gain muscle too. ??0
