I'm a 31 year old female in Colorado, USA. I've been on MFP for a while, but struggle with consistency. I'm hopeful that having more friends will encourage me to remain faithful in logging calories in and calories out.

Running is my primary form of exercise and I work to follow a lower-carb diet, however, any and all friends are welcome!
